The weekend, plainly
Everyone depends on you. When do you get the chance to step back and look at where you're headed?
Leave normal life for three days.
Do three things you'll talk about for years.
Take an honest look at what's drifted.
Pick three priorities.
Go home with a 90-day plan, a partner who'll hold you to it, and a group that keeps meeting for a year.
"Things are basically fine, but I'm coasting in a few areas, and I haven't stopped long enough to figure out what needs to change."
More than a retreat.
Most men do not need another motivational speech.
They need space away from the noise, honest feedback, physical challenge, hard conversations, and a clear plan for what comes next.
Prepare for What's Next is a three-day intensive designed to help men examine the areas of life that matter most, confront what they have been avoiding, strengthen their standards, and leave with a practical 90-day plan.
The red-rock desert and La Sal Mountains above Moab provide a powerful environment to step outside normal routines and gain perspective.
Physical challenges, martial arts fundamentals, leadership exercises, decision-making drills, and team-based experiences.
Marriage, family, faith, business, discipline, health, responsibility, and purpose without motivational fluff.
Leave with specific priorities, measurable commitments, accountability, and a 90-day action plan.
From the Marines to Amazon to entrepreneurship
Anderson Salgado has spent his career learning what actually holds up when people are depending on you.
Anderson Salgado spent 12 years in the United States Marine Corps. As a platoon sergeant and a Senior Marine Corps Martial Arts Black Belt Instructor, he led and trained Marines, including coordinating the training of 87 Marines who took part in Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.
Then he built a career in business. At Amazon he was a Senior Vendor Manager for leading Beauty and Luxury Beauty manufacturers and launched 27 new brands into the category. He went on to lead Amazon at VaynerMedia, founded Luxcity Brands in 2017, and in 2024 founded Dall Italia, where he is CEO, bringing premium Italian beauty brands to the U.S. from Lehi, Utah.
Through all of it he has been a husband, a father, and a Christian, carrying the same pressures as the men who will be in the room: building a career, leading a family, maintaining discipline, strengthening faith, and deciding what truly matters.
Prepare for What's Next is built around a simple belief:
The worst time to prepare for the next chapter of your life is after it has already arrived.
Anderson brings together lessons from military training, entrepreneurship, marriage, fatherhood, faith, and leadership to create an experience that is practical, demanding, and grounded in real life.
The adventure
Descend beside Morning Glory Arch, including a 100+ foot free-hanging rappel with a private Moab guide.
Ride one of Moab's legendary slickrock routes in a private guided Hummer as the desert changes color around you.
Private sauna and cold plunge, chef-prepared dinner, fire and conversation back at the lodge.
The adventure gets you out of your routine. The work you do between it is why you come home different.
Physical challenge. Practical insight. Honest conversations. A plan you can take home.
Day 1 Friday
Day 2 Saturday
Day 3 Sunday
It is a reset for men who want to become stronger where it actually matters.
Build consistency instead of relying on motivation.
Become more intentional about the relationship closest to you.
Lead your family with greater presence and purpose.
Get clear about what you are building and why.
Examine whether the way you live reflects what you say you believe.
Become someone others can depend on when things get difficult.
Who's in the room
A small group, planned around 8 men and never more than 10: capable men carrying real responsibility for the people who depend on them. Business owners, professionals, husbands and fathers. Application required.
You do not need to be a former athlete, military veteran, entrepreneur, or fitness fanatic.
You do need to be willing to participate, be honest with yourself, accept challenge, and take responsibility for what happens next.
The goal is not to create a temporary emotional high. Every participant leaves with a 90-day execution plan and an accountability partner, and the group keeps meeting: one 60-minute call with Anderson and the men from your weekend every month for 12 months.
Preparation, a short honest look at where you are, goal setting.
Three days of challenge, clarity, leadership, and planning.
Your 90-day plan, your accountability partner, and a monthly group call with Anderson.
